Name of the Post:
1. Group- ‘C’: 02 posts
2. Group-’D': 10 posts
Age Limit: Candidates
age limit should be between 18 – 30 years for Unreserved candidates
(Group C), 18 -33 years for Unreserved candidates (Group D) as on
01-01-2015.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should pass minimum Matriculation or equivalent examination
with 50% marks in aggregate for Group – ‘C’ (For NTPC), Passed out Act
Apprenticeship/ ITI. Certificate of Act Apprenticeship/ ITI must be
approved by SCVT/ NCVT for Group – ‘C’ (Technical Categories), 10th pass
or ITI or equivalent or NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate)
granted by NCVT for Group-’D’
.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Written test, Personality test/ Interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.100/- through Bank Draft/ IPO through bank
drafts & IPO must be payable in favour of the FA&CAO, S. E.
Railway, 11, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700043. (in case of candidate
belonging to UR/OBC community).
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format on A4
size paper duly filled in by the candidates own handwriting along with
attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets,
caste certificate, scouting guiding qualification certificate, IPO/ bank
draft, 2 recent passport size photographs (one to be pasted in the
space of the application form), 02 self addressed envelopes of size
23cms x 10cms with name in full and complete present address should be
written clearly thereon with Rs.5/- postage stamp affix on each,. All
the applications should be in closed-envelope superscribing on top of
the envelope “Recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota 2014-15 in
S. E. Railway” Employment Notice No————– Dated —————–” “Post applied for
———— and the name of the Division/ Central District (HQ)————-” by
ordinary post only or to be dropped in the box address in the
